Lifeline service and plan

Eligibility
Standard Lifeline rules apply: SNAP, Medicaid, SSI, Federal Public Housing Assistance, Veterans Pension, or income at or below 135% of the poverty guidelines. California LifeLine adds more programs. See eligibility.

Choose from 13 refurbished models: iPhone 7, 13, 14 and 15; Galaxy S24, Z Flip and Z Fold; Galaxy Tab A9; iPad 7th and 9th Gen; Chromebook 11, Dell Latitude and MacBook Pro. Devices ship with free standard shipping.
5G
The iPhone 13, 14, 15 and Galaxy S24 are 5G capable, as are the foldables (depending on generation). The iPhone 7 is 4G LTE. 5G depends on T-Mobile coverage where you are. More in free 5G government phones.
