Your responsibilities as a subscriber
- Usage: use your service at least once every 30 days. If you don't, you'll receive 15 days' notice, and your benefit will be removed if the service is still unused.
- Recertification: confirm your eligibility every year. Failure to recertify results in de-enrollment. See recertification.
- Notify us within 30 days if you no longer qualify, if another member of your household receives Lifeline, or if you move.
Devices are not part of the Lifeline benefit
Any phone, tablet, iPad or laptop you receive from Combo Wireless is a Combo Wireless offer, not a Lifeline benefit. See our Terms of Service.
