According to TruConnect, its Lifeline plan includes unlimited talk and text and 4.5GB of monthly data, with no contract, plus free international calling to 200+ countries. Its Tribal Lifeline plan lists 10GB.

TruConnect says its Lifeline plans are available in all states and Puerto Rico except Oregon, Maine, New Hampshire, Connecticut, Delaware, Washington, D.C. and North Carolina.
